Jamie Fern serves as Group President of Fidelity Building Services Group^® (Fidelity BSG). He joined the company with over 39 years of Commercial HVAC knowledge and experience in New Construction, Design-Build, Owner-Direct Service, Performance Contracting, Equipment and Parts sales.

Throughout his career, Jamie has had various leadership roles across the HVAC industry including Branch, Regional, National, and Global responsibilities for major Equipment & Controls OEMs, Large independent Mechanical Contracting and Service organizations, and as the Owner/CEO of a Florida-based Mechanical Insulation Company.

Jamie’s professional experience includes serving as a multi-functional organizational leader with a diverse background and experience across all aspects of Business Strategy, M&A, Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Operations and Project Management. He brings to Fidelity BSG a wealth of industry knowledge and experience, allowing him to develop strategies and support our key Operating Companies in their continued growth. His foundational style is servant leadership, supporting top tier industry talent and experts.

Jamie attended the University of South Florida receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business/Marketing. He has completed high-level Leadership and Training programs during his career and is a Licensed Mechanical Contractor in the State of Florida.
