Kyle Shoots serves as the Vice President of System Service & Engineering. In this role, he leads company operations through business development, Team Member advancement, customer retention, and sales growth. In 2023, Kyle became a Partner at Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity BSG) when System Service & Engineering joined Fidelity BSG.

In 2012, Kyle co-founded System Service & Engineering. His leadership contributed to the organization's expansion as a leading provider of technical building services and solutions to clients in Northwest Florida. In 2016, the company was recognized by the Bay County Chamber of Commerce with the Entrepreneurship Award.

Kyle is a member of the Bay County Economic Development Alliance and a Board Member of the Bay County Chamber of Commerce. He graduated from Haney Vocational College, where he studied Metal Technologies. He also attended Southeastern College for general studies in Theology.
