Glenn Umbarger serves as Vice President at ServiceX M.E.P., A Fidelity Company. In this role, he is responsible for the operations of the Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical divisions and not only oversees the Service Technicians, but also works closely with clients to provide a single point of contact for all maintenance and emergency needs.

Glenn has worked in the construction and plumbing service trades for over 25 years in various capacities throughout his career, including Construction Manager, Plumbing Technician, and Plumbing Foreman. He started his career with ServiceX M.E.P. (formerly Rommel Services) in 2010, holding a variety of positions including Plumbing Supervisor, Plumbing Operations Manager, Service Manager, and Vice President of Service. His multifaceted background has allowed him to cultivate a holistic approach to project management, ensuring ServiceX M.E.P. consistently delivers top-tier services.

A Towson University alum, Glenn boasts a plethora of certifications and licenses, including gasfitter and backflow technician. He holds Master Plumber credentials in Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
